Dr. “Bill” Carini has been transforming smiles for over 20 years. A Milwaukee native, he found his way into dentistry through an unexpected college conversation, and he’s been loving the journey ever since.
Dr. Carini earned his dental degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry. He has since pursued extensive continuing education in dental implants, laser dentistry, and even facial esthetics like Botox and fillers. He believes strongly in the blend of science and art that dentistry provides and strives to give each patient customized, top-tier care.
Outside the office, Dr. Carini enjoys boating, traveling, and spending time with his family—his wife, four children, and a tiny Yorkie named Lou Lou.
Dr. Kirsten Farr, originally from Green Bay, was inspired to pursue dentistry by her grandfather, an oral surgeon. She earned her dental doctorate from Midwestern University and is passionate about both the science behind every treatment and the artistry involved in improving smiles.
Whether you’re looking for Invisalign, cosmetic treatments, or routine care, Dr. Farr takes time to educate her patients and help them feel confident in their oral health choices.
In her downtime, you’ll find her cheering for the Packers, tending to her houseplants, or trying new Milwaukee restaurants with her boyfriend.
Dr. Bailey Wagner hails from West Bend and brings kindness, empathy, and a strong sense of community to her craft. After earning her DDS from Marquette University, she became certified in Invisalign and laser dentistry and joined professional organizations like the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Wagner is known for creating a welcoming, supportive space for patients who may feel nervous about visiting the dentist. So, if you’ve ever been hesitant to get back into going regularly, she’s an excellent person to talk to.
When she’s not at the office, she enjoys gardening, baking, hiking, and spending time with her husband and their two cats.

Did you know that approximately a third of dentists in the United States are women? On top of that, more than half of current dental school students in the country are women. A good first place to start is by searching for a “female dentist near me” on Google. Then, you can check out the results. The “Meet the Dentists” section of the practice’s website is the best place to learn all of the biographical information of the dentist you are considering.
The cost of cleanings and checkups varies on multiple factors, like your geography. The visit should begin with going over your health history and discussing concerns that you have. It should also include a thorough exam, professional cleaning, X-rays, and an oral cancer screening. The average in markets throughout the United States is between $200 and $350. If you have dental insurance, these fees are likely covered or partially covered by your insurance provider.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening dental emergency, you should call 911. Otherwise, it is best to see an emergency dentist. Most hospital ERs and quick care clinics don’t have the tools or training to handle dental emergencies, so you are unlikely to get the treatment you need there. The first step when getting emergency dental care is to give our practice a call. This way, you can talk to a member of our staff and explain what is going on. They will give you further instructions and schedule a visit. We will always do our best to see you as soon as possible – even the same day!
All dentists in the country must have received either a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or a Doctor of Dental Sciences (DDS) from one of the 67 Accredited dental schools in the United States. To get into dental school, you must have a bachelor’s degree. Dental school is 3 years with a combination of classroom and hands-on learning. On top of that, all dentists need to complete a certain number of continuing education hours to keep their license.
