At Advanced Dental Treatment Center, Dr. Carini and Dr. Farr couldn’t accomplish nearly as much as they do for their valued patients without the ongoing support of such a talented and passionate staff! Kristina has been a member of our practice for seven years and counting. She attended the Dental Assisting Program at Milwaukee Career College and graduated with the highest honors. She’s also received four years of advanced customer service training.
Today, she is responsible for the overall management and productivity of our assistant team and loves how much all the employees support each other both professionally and personally. Her interests include art, music, staying active, traveling, learning new things, spending time with her family, and giving our patients the positive dental care experience they deserve!
Since joining our team, Ashley has thoroughly enjoyed coming into work each day because it means she gets to build relationships with our wonderful patients and friendly staff! Originally from Muskego, she completed her studies at the Milwaukee Area Technical College. Her typical day includes everything from checking in lab cases and helping the doctor in procedures to ensuring each person feels comfortable at their appointment. Some of her favorite things to do in her free time include kayaking, hiking, snowmobiling, fishing, and playing volleyball.
Alyssa has a true passion for dental hygiene – it’s one of the many reasons she’s so great at her job! On a typical day, she answers questions from patients, assists the doctor with procedures, and does her best to make each person feel comfortable in the treatment chair. However, for her, the best part of her job is the reward of helping others. Some of her interests outside of dentistry include trail riding, ranch rodeo, and country dancing. In fact, she used to be on a competitive dance team!
From aiding our doctors in procedures to sterilizing instruments and taking diagnostic X-rays, Melissa is an important member of our practice! Originally from Waukesha, she attended WCTC for her studies. In addition to having her certifications in PALS, ACLS, and CPR, she has completed Fire Fighter 1 and 2 and training as a paramedic. When asked about her favorite part of her job, she said that it’s working amongst the absolute best coworkers. Outside the office, she enjoys scuba diving, beekeeping, quilting, gardening, and traveling. Here’s something you may not know about her: she runs a homestead with 3 dogs, bees, chickens, goats, and more!
Amanda joined our practice in 2022, and she says that our team consistently motivates her to provide the absolute highest quality care possible. She believes that her fellow staff members make our practice the best in the business! She was trained at Today’s Dentistry Assisting School and has her BLS certification through the American Red Cross.
Originally from Racine, most of Amanda’s weekends are dedicated to spending time with her son, Leo, whether they are trying new restaurants, traveling, or watching anything Disney. She collects Starbucks “Been There” series mugs and currently has 50+ from all over the world!
As our dental hygiene team leader, Jaimie provides preventive care to our valued patients and manages the hygiene team. Luckily, those are some of her favorite aspects of her job! Educating others about their oral hygiene and forming relationships is extremely rewarding for her. A Wisconsin native, she attended the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse and Northcentral Technical College. Plus, she has undergone additional training in local anesthesia and nitrous. When she isn’t at the office, you’ll most likely find her outdoors! She loves being on the lake, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Since joining our team in 2019, Kim has played an essential role in helping our patients schedule their treatments and answering any questions they have along the way. Being a part of an amazing team that supports both individual and company goals is extremely rewarding for her, and she looks forward to many more years here. When she isn’t assisting our patients, she enjoys camping and hiking with her family. In fact, one of her goals is to stay at every national park in the U.S.!
Briana is originally from Chicago! She joined our practice in 2020, bringing nearly a decade of experience in customer service with her. Now, she spends her days organizing marketing campaigns and managing our online presence so our team can help even more people get the phenomenal dental care they deserve. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, painting, cooking, and anything Star Wars!
Ashley has been scheduling appointments, managing the front office, and setting up the best financial arrangements for our patients for nearly a decade now! She has always had a desire to help others, which makes her a perfect fit at our practice. For her, creating a wonderful patient experience and being a part of a supportive, encouraging team is extremely rewarding. In her home life, Ashley and her husband have three wonderful children! She loves to paint and travel. However, Disney World is still her favorite place to go with her family.
Erica was born and raised in Milwaukee but spent most of her childhood visiting family in the windy city of Chicago! Erica plays an integral role in helping our office run smoothly. Daily, she performs all administrative tasks, including scheduling reservations and maintaining office systems. She’s a perfect fit for her job because she genuinely enjoys getting to know each patient and creating a comfortable environment for them. In Erica’s free time, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, and cooking out with family and friends. she also loves watching Disney movies with her daughter.
Rachel plays an integral role in helping our office run smoothly. Daily, she is entering, processing, and following up on insurance claims while bridging the gap between patients and their insurance. When she isn’t at our office, you’ll most likely find her crocheting, walking her dogs, reading, and attending sporting events.
