At Advanced Dental Treatment Center, Dr. Carini, Dr. Farr, and Dr. Wagner couldn’t accomplish nearly as much as they do for their valued patients without the ongoing support of such a talented and passionate staff! Tracy started her journey in dentistry in 1997 when she graduated from MATC with her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Minnesota State University - Mankato in 2015 and she is currently studying for her Master of Science in Dental Hygiene at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities! She has worked the past 27 years in both large practice and small family practices and she holds a license in Local Anesthesia, CPR, and she is Laser Certified. Tracy’s favorite thing about working at Advanced Dental Treatment Center is the people. With both co-workers and patients alike Tracy has truly made herself a home here. Although Tracy started in this profession over two decades ago her desire to learn and to teach, her passion and her true purpose to help people burns bright! Outside of work Tracy enjoys spending time with her incredible family, her chickens, and her pets! One fun fact about Tracy is that the number of animals outweighs the number of people in her house.
Born and raised in Burlington, WI, Justine has been working in the dental field for nearly a decade and counting. After graduating high school, she went on to study at the Milwaukee Area Technical College for her dental hygiene certification and is currently working on her Bachelor's in Hygiene at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is also certified in CPR and in administering local anesthesia. Today, she gets to provide our patients with the individual care they deserve while promoting a positive environment and building long-lasting connections with them!
Justine is always passionate about learning and is enthusiastic about making a major difference in people’s lives and smiles. When she isn’t at the office, she’s likely spending quality time with her three fantastic children. She also has major interests in creative art, gardening, and hiking. One of her goals is to walk through all the national parks!
A graduate of Milwaukee Area Technical College, Rachel says that everyone on our team is so kind and always willing to help. She likes that the personalities here are so diverse yet all blend to create seamless flow and organization for our patients.
Rachel is married with a young son and daughter, and she also has a dog, cat, and a very large house plan collection! When she isn’t at the office or with family, she likes to try new restaurants, go to live comedy shows, and watch her husband play in his cover band!
Kylee came to us with 6 years of Dental Assisting experience! She attended LTC Cleveland, NWTC Green Bay, and MATC studying dental assisting and lab technology and has advanced training in cosmetic dentistry and dental technology. Kylee makes sure that patients are comfortable and cared for before, during, and after procedures by providing patient comfort amenities, working with labs, or tracking orders to get patients the best possible experience. Outside of work Kylee enjoys being outdoors, watching WI sports, fishing, hiking, and being surrounded by good people!
Brianna is a great asset to the team, as she helps patients by walking them through an overview of their treatment plans, financials, and insurance benefits so that they know the best way to get the dental care they deserve. After graduating from Badger High School, she went on to study at Madison Area Technical College, where she also obtained her certification in CPR. She loves being able to meet new people and help our patients improve their oral health and confidence—all while providing them with a comfortable and friendly environment to receive treatment. Away from the office, Brianna enjoys spending time with her parents, brother, and twin sister. Her hobbies involve gardening, cooking, and riding her motorcycle. One cool fact about her: she worked as a chef for 10 years!
From aiding our doctors in procedures to sterilizing instruments and taking diagnostic X-rays, Melissa is an important member of our practice! Originally from Waukesha, she attended WCTC for her studies. In addition to having her certifications in PALS, ACLS, and CPR, she has completed Fire Fighter 1 and 2 and training as a paramedic. When asked about her favorite part of her job, she said that it’s working amongst the absolute best coworkers. Outside the office, she enjoys scuba diving, beekeeping, quilting, gardening, and traveling. Here’s something you may not know about her: she runs a homestead with 3 dogs, bees, chickens, goats, and more!
Cindy comes to us with over 30 years of experience in dentistry! She is extremely passionate about dental assisting and says her favorite thing about her career is ensuring that patients feel comfortable with her. She works well with others, enjoys working with the doctors chairside, and loves helping to care for, comfort, and educate patients in oral health care. Cindy says that her favorite thing about working at Advanced Dental Treatment Center is that we always put patients' needs first. Outside of work Cindy enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and shopping.
With over two decades of experience in the dental field, Kasey loves finding ways to navigate challenges and staying organized with every treatment she gets to help with. She studied at the Milwaukee Area Technical College to earn her dental assistant certification, and she’s also certified in OSHA, CPR, and Invisalign. Her favorite thing about her job is being able to work with younger patients to ensure a positive experience, especially for those with anxiety about visiting the dentist. She also appreciates the warm, friendly environment and how her team feels like family.
Kasey lives with her boyfriend and her daughter, and they love spending quality time together. She also enjoys gardening, being outdoors, going to car shows, and cooking. Her signature dish is Dr. Pepper ribs!
Nikki has a little over a decade of experience in the world of dentistry, and she loves every minute of it. She enjoys the fast-paced environment, getting to meet all of our patients, and being by their side during their appointments. Due to her sociable and friendly demeanor, she loves talking to people and making them feel comfortable, and she also performs well under stress. She attended Waukesha County Technical College, earning her certification in dental assisting as well as becoming CPR/AED certified.
Originally from Lititz, PA, Nikki lives with her two sons. Whenever she isn’t helping treat pearly whites, you might find her spending time with loved ones or doing outdoor things, including rock hunting. Two fun facts about her: she’s also a photographer and a certified yoga instructor!
Born and raised in West Allis Wisconsin Adrianna comes to us with four years of experience working in Dental as both an assistant and front desk. After graduating Nathan Hale High School she attended college studying business and marketing. Here at our office Adrianna is a reception expert helping to check patients in and out, schedule both new and existing patients, give tours, handle billing, and answer patient questions. Her favorite thing about her job is how we all work together as a team and her favorite thing about our patients is that they are all very caring and choose us over anybody else. Outside of work Adrianna’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her two children who are her whole world. She also enjoys everything Disney, doing nails, and has her own small business!
Born in Barrington, IL, Mackenzie grew an interest in working in the field of dentistry. After graduating from Barrington High School, she went on to study business at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Mackenzie is passionate about helping others and creating fun environments. She has worked in Retail Management, Client Service Management, Marketing and has experience as a Dental Assistant. Her favorite part about her job is working with an incredible team and having the opportunity to build strong relationships with new people daily. At home, Mackenzie loves spending time with her friends and family as well as gardening, boating, and reading. One fun fact about her: she has two beautiful Dalmatians!
Cathy is originally from Hales Corners, WI, and she’s been working in the world of dentistry for well over two decades. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with her undergraduate degree. Other than being able to work with numbers, she loves working with people, especially since she gets to be in a great environment with friendly coworkers and patients!
Whenever she isn’t at the office, Cathy spends much of her time with her husband, their three boys, and their daughter. She enjoys hanging out with her five dogs, gardening, and drinking wine to relax.
Born and raised in Milwaukee, Shannon loves working with our team because it allows her to help others, which has always been one of her greatest passions. She has many years of experience in front desk tasks, and the best part of her job is always the people—both patients and coworkers alike.
At home, Shannon lives with her husband, their three children, and their three dogs. Her hobbies involve gardening, hiking, crafting, and thrifting. She also enjoys art, music, dancing, and doing karaoke!
